Eric Rawlings Defines Efficiency with ArchiCAD | BIM Engine by ArchiCAD

Here is an interesting and informative article about how Archicad can streamline the design process for residential design. This is a win for both the designer and the client as they can visualise the design in 3d creates more certainty about what the designer is delivering to the client. I like the idea that Rawlings Design doesn’t show elevations and sections – just 3d views.

Hobson Industries new head office at Eastern Creek, Sydney

This is a quick rendered panorama view of the proposed new industrial facility since constructed by Prime Constructions. Concept design by Maurice Sartorelli and documented at ASA.

Concept for a Chapel

Proposal for a approximately 300 seat chapel able to be divided into two chapels or expanded out to courtyard spaces for large scale gatherings.

Designed in collaboration –  Concept design by Cal Pearson of Milne Constructions, developed design by Maurice Sartorelli.
